INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 oz Western Son Strawberry Vodka

  • 1 oz aged rum

  • 1 oz simple syrup

  • Club soda for topping

  • Handful of mint

  • 2-3 strawberries

  • Lime for garnish

METHOD:

  • Muddle mint & strawberry and add to shaker

  • Add vodka, rum, simple syrup & ice to shaker

  • Shake & pour into rocks glass

  • Top with club soda

  • Garnish with squeeze of lime
