Spicy Prickly Pear Mule
INGREDIENTS:
2 oz Western Son Prickly Pear Vodka
.5 oz simple syrup
Western Son Ginger Beer
Handful of sliced jalapeños
½ lime
Slice of lime for garnish
METHOD:
Muddle jalapeños in copper mug
Add vodka, simple syrup & ice; top with ginger beer
Squeeze lime juice into mug
Stir & garnish with jalapeños and slice of lime
