Spicy Prickly Pear Mule

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 oz Western Son Prickly Pear Vodka

  • .5 oz simple syrup

  • Western Son Ginger Beer

  • Handful of sliced jalapeños

  • ½ lime

  • Slice of lime for garnish

METHOD:

  • Muddle jalapeños in copper mug

  • Add vodka, simple syrup & ice; top with ginger beer

  • Squeeze lime juice into mug

  • Stir & garnish with jalapeños and slice of lime
