Ruby Red Cooler
INGREDIENTS:
- 1.5 oz Western Son Grapefruit Vodka 
- .5 oz Aperol 
- .5 oz elderflower liqueur 
- Club soda for topping 
- ½ lime 
- Grapefruit slice for garnish 
METHOD:
- Add vodka, Aperol and liqueur into goblet glass over ice 
- Squeeze lime juice into mug 
- Top with club soda 
- Stir & garnish with grapefruit slice
